New Staff Orientation (NSO)
ISI’s NSO training is an opportunity for new team members to receive Partnership Development training for support raising, as well as, an opportunity to learn more about ISI's national ministry as they become acquainted with our Home Office Team. NSO's are conducted three times annually in the fall, spring, and summer.
EQUIP
EQUIP training events are for new staff and ministry volunteers who are ready to learn about ISI’s innovative ministry practices. It provides a wealth of information on how to launch an international student ministry – using what works and avoiding what doesn’t work. Veteran staff looking for new and fresh ministry strategies/ideas are also welcome to participate in EQUIP.
National Staff Conference
ISI’s National Staff Conferences are held annually in late June. These conferences are designed to strengthen team connections, give spiritual encouragement, and provide right-in-time ministry equipping.
